Using the shop

By using this website you agree to these terms. Every Day Elatra sells everyday clothing. Each colour is listed as its own piece. The pictures on the shop are studio images of the garment.

Prices and orders

The price on the product page is the price charged for that piece, in pounds. Placing an order sends us the pieces in your bag and the details you enter at checkout. We will use those details to confirm and prepare the order.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged after the order is placed. You can follow an order from the Track Order page using the details in your confirmation. If a piece cannot be sent, we will tell you and we will not take payment for a piece we cannot supply.

If something is not right

If a piece arrives and it is not the colour or garment you ordered, contact us with your order details and we will sort a return or a replacement. Write to us through the contact form and include the product name.

The website

The words, layout, and studio images on this site belong to Every Day Elatra or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for another shop. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with how it runs.

Limits

We take care to describe each piece from the garment in front of us. Colour on a screen can still shift slightly from the cloth. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms when the shop changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Questions about an order or these terms go through the contact page.
